【Moisture-transmitting and quick-drying fiber】
In the past, hydrophilic materials such as cotton were used to make comfortable fabrics, and the water absorption of such fibers was used to absorb sweat from the skin. However, underwear fabrics that have absorbed enough sweat and soaked will adhere to the skin and make people uncomfortable. .
Moisture conductive knitted fabric, it can quickly guide the sweat on the skin from the inner layer of the fabric to the outer surface of the fabric, and dissipate it into the air, keeping the next layer dry, and the fabric has good extensibility and elasticity. Therefore, the market trend of developing new moisture-transmitting and quick-drying fabrics for sportswear, T-shirts and underwear has now formed.
At present, moisture-transmitting and quick-drying fibers mainly include: Coolmax (four grooves) from Dupont, Triactor from Toyobo (Y-shaped cross-section), microporous polyester fiber with good moisture absorption developed by Mitsubishi, and Japan. Kanebo" Synthetic Fiber Company developed sweat-absorbent and quick-drying Y-shaped cross-section polyester yarn, etc. my country's Yizheng Chemical Fiber also developed COOLBST moisture-conducting and quick-drying fiber.
【 bamboo fiber 】
Bamboo fiber is a new type of cellulose fiber made of bamboo, including raw bamboo fiber and bamboo pulp fiber. The raw bamboo fiber is processed by a process similar to hemp degumming of natural bamboo to form a fiber suitable for processing on cotton spinning and hemp spinning equipment. The fabric produced has the style and feel of bamboo; bamboo pulp fiber is made of bamboo as raw material through viscose. The new viscose fiber processed by the production process not only shows the characteristics of viscose fiber, but also reflects the advantages of bamboo, such as soft hand feeling, smooth, good drape, elegant, and cool.
As bamboo resources are very rich in our country, the development of bamboo fiber will open up a broad space in the fiber field.
At present, my country's bamboo fiber development is in the forefront of the world, among which bamboo pulp fiber has formed industrialized production, and a number of distinctive clothing fabrics have been developed.
【PBT, PTT series fiber】
PTT and PBT belong to the polyester fiber, and are the products of the same family of the commonly used polyester PET. The difference between PTT and PBT fibers and commonly used polyester is that the soft segment component of these two fibers is propylene glycol because the soft segment component in the polymer is PTT, and PBT is butylene glycol, instead of the ethylene glycol of commonly used polyester PET.
Due to the different composition of the soft segment in the polymer, the properties of PTT and PBT fibers are very different from the commonly used polyester PET. First, the fiber itself has elasticity, and its elasticity can be similar to spandex covered yarn, and the elasticity of general fabrics can reach about 20%. Secondly, their dyeing temperature can be drastically reduced from about 130°C of commonly used polyester to about 110°C, and even for medium and light colors, they can be dyed within 100°C. Third, because the fiber itself has good elasticity, the elasticity of the fabric is much better than that of commonly used polyester.
Because this type of product not only has the advantages of spandex elastic fabrics, but also has a lower price than spandex elastic fabrics; and makes the fabric have polyester components, which makes the fabrics have good dimensional stability, and is welcomed by customers.
